Rufus Amend

Rufus from Munich can be found almost daily at Eisbach surfing its world-famous river wave. His aerial performance on the standing wave is a result of frequent training also on land with the Curfboard Wave. No surfprise that he had won the first ISPO surfskate contest ever in 2020. He’s also been influential for the unique shape of the Curfboard Wave which supports his progressive riding style. You will see him surfskating the Munich skateparks or cruising around the city to the university if he’s not in the water. He loves travelling to Italy, his second home, and all around Europe to explore new parks and surf waves all around the continent.
